🌟San Jose New Tiny home對周圍的影響？🌟

San Jose市政府這週通過了在 San Jose 新增4個流浪漢收容所，並且擴增2個已有的收容所的決議。計劃在 2022年到2023年建成。這種收容所是無家可歸的低收入者在等待分配到永久居住地之前的中轉站。這項計劃總共新增的 400個tiny home sites，分佈在圖書館，學校的周圍。六個收容所中轉站分佈圖請看Map

這六個Sites中，有兩個是擴展已有的建築，兩個是即將新建，兩個會在未來建造。可以從上圖看到，即使擁有傳統好學區稱號的95129也不能倖免。

其中Site 3 & Site 6對當地的影響最大，因為Site 6地處lynbrook high 頂級10分學區。這裡SFH房價中位數在250萬以上。新的流浪漢收容所的建立，會影響當地的生活。除此之外，受加息的影響，Lynbrook high學區房的中位數已經從今年 4月最高的280萬下降到六月的250萬，房價跌幅達到8.9%。

這次的新建收容所將對該地房價有進一步的影響。

中轉站分別是：

Site 1(擴增): 723 N san Pedro st, San Jose, CA 95110,旁邊是san Jose 警察局。目前有76個床位，新增20個床位

Site 2(擴增): 5898 Rue Ferrari , san jose 東南面，zip code 95138，現有82個床位，之後會擴增至100多

Site 3(新增): Noble ave,位於 san jose 東面，旁邊有Noble小學和 Toyon小學，還有Berryessa圖書館&Penitencia Creek Trail。

Site 4(新增): Great oaks,位於85號高速出口，地址是6578 Santa Teresa blvd, San Jose.旁邊有 oak Grove 小學

Site 5(新增):靠近 South Jackson Avenue，位於san jose 東面，附近有 Rocketship小學，預計50個床位

Site 6(新增):靠近Prospect Road，在 calabazas south 路上，位於west san jose，屬於頂級學區 Lynbrook high school，旁邊有小學和高中環繞，預計30個床位

1 /Guadalupe expansion. In addition to a 76-unit project already being constructed on a police department lot, the proposal envisions four more modular buildings with a total of 20 sleeping units.

2 /Rue Ferrari expansion. The site already has a 118-bed facility. The proposal envisions up to 100 more beds.

3/Noble Avenue. Up to 100 units or beds are proposed for this site. The report notes the parcel is large enough for more, but that because of eight adjacent single-family homes, up to 100 “is a more realistic alternative.”

4 /Great Oaks & 85. This site would also get up to 100 units or beds.

5 /Jackson & 680.This site would be prioritized for future development, with the goal of up to 50 units or beds.

6 /Prospect & 85.This site would be prioritized for development of up to 30 units or beds.
